1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in India. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, which will be listed on our website.
Delivery Time: he estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other logistical issues.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or that of our courier partner's website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.
4. Shipping Limitations
We currently only ship to addresses within India.
Delivery is subject to the serviceability of your pin code by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund for your order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted it, take photos of the damaged package and its contents and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will assess the damage and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and take appropriate action to either locate your package or send a replacement.
