- Delivery Timelines:The estimated delivery time is 20 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for such delays.
- Risk of Loss:The risk of loss and title for the Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Damaged Products:If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund.
- No-Returns Policy:Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during transit. Please carefully review the product descriptions before making a purchase.
- Refunds:Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
